A. SUGAR Magic Wand Waterproof Concealer can be used without a foundation too! The full-coverage formula is intensely pigmented and buildable so a little goes a long way. You can use it to spot apply and then blend it well with your fingers or a face brush. Set it with a loose setting powder and you are ready to flaunt a flawless base.
